Israel is the first country to do that with vaccinations

Israel is planning to be the first country to give a fourth dose of corona vaccine. Amicron, a new strain of the recently identified coronavirus, has spread around the world. The Israeli government has taken this step as part of its preparations to prevent another wave of amorphous outbreaks.

According to the BBC, Israeli epidemiologists have recommended that people over the age of 60 and health workers be given a fourth dose of the vaccine. Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett welcomed the plan to give a fourth dose and instructed the country’s officials to start preparations.

The fourth dose was announced after the death of a patient with the first coronary amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in Israel on Tuesday, local time.

The country’s health ministry said yesterday that it had learned that at least 340 people had been infected with the coronavirus in Israel so far.

Plans for a fourth dose are awaiting approval from the country’s top health officials. The Prime Minister’s Office told the BBC that the fourth dose would be given to people who have been vaccinated for at least four months after receiving the third dose.

According to Johns Hopkins University, more than 1.37 million people have been identified as coronas in Israel and 6,200 have died.
